Zach came out to repair my brand new electric bike, and he had to come out twice to diagnose the issue. Even though the bike turned out to be a lemon with underlying factory defects, he put significant time and effort into trying to get it running. Found Zach online, and thanks to the reviews, I was able to get him to come out. He was super responsive. I texted his number, and within a day we had something scheduled.

He was on time, worked with my work schedule, and honestly, the service was phenomenal. He went above and beyond, and I just could not recommend them enough.

He adjusted two e-bike brakes, and he also helped with the shifting and made sure they were nice and quiet.
