Zach is a great guy, communicator and knows his stuff. I needed a MTB tune-up and tire repair and he knocked it in 20-25 mins right in my driveway. Bike is riding great. Highly recommend.

Even though the bike turned out to be a lemon with underlying factory defects, he put significant time and effort into trying to get it running. He went far beyond reasonable expectations to help, demonstrating incredible integrity, kindness, and customer-first service.
